All of the land in Peekskill ultimately drains to the Hudson River (see Figure 4). The majority of the City’s area drains directly to the Hudson River and its associated tidal wetlands via minor streams and the City’s stormwater sewers. The northern portion of Peekskill drains into Peekskill Hollow and Annsville Creeks. 1
